Social Media Manager | Strategist

Thirty Years is looking for a social-first thinker who knows how to plan, organize, and execute with precision. This role owns the way we show up online. You will make sure our channels are filled with the right mix of product, community, and culture, and you will build the playbook for how launches, restocks, and campaigns roll out. It is not just about posting, it is about setting the tone for how our audience experiences the brand.
What you will do

Own and manage the content calendar across all platforms

Plan and execute social rollouts for new product launches, restocks, collaborations, and sales

Manage UGC creators and freelancers to deliver content we can use

Write captions, story text, and campaign copy that speaks in our voice

Dictate the structure and cadence of how Thirty Years appears online

Track performance, report on insights, and recommend optimizations to grow engagement and reach

Be the point person for ensuring consistent, on brand posting and storytelling
What we are looking for

2 to 4 years of experience managing social channels for a fashion or lifestyle brand

Strong writing and communication skills

Proven ability to plan and lead social rollouts for launches and campaigns

Organized and detail oriented with project management instincts

A creative bone but thrives most when executing a plan

Obsessed with keeping a feed balanced, cohesive, and engaging
