Thirty Years is hiring a Community & Social Media Manager to take ownership of our Instagram presence, build relationships with creators, and help grow our brand through strategic influencer partnerships and PR initiatives. What You’ll Do:

Instagram Management & Content Scheduling

  • Oversee and manage the Thirty Years Instagram account, ensuring a cohesive and engaging presence.
  • Work closely with the content team to plan, request, and organize content for posts, stories, and reels.
  • Schedule and post content, ensuring consistency with brand voice and strategy.
  • Stay on top of Instagram trends, platform updates, and best practices to optimize engagement.
  • Track key analytics and provide insights to refine our Instagram strategy.

Influencer & PR Strategy

  • Identify and manage relationships with Instagram influencers and creators who align with our brand.
  • Handle influencer gifting, PR outreach, and partnerships to increase brand awareness.
  • Track influencer content and performance, ensuring measurable impact.
  • Respond to inbound influencer inquiries and maintain an organized database.

Community Engagement & Customer Interaction

  • Act as the voice of Thirty Years by engaging with our community via comments, DMs, and stories.
  • Ensure timely and thoughtful responses to customer questions and messages.
  • Develop community-driven initiatives like UGC campaigns, giveaways, and exclusive brand activations.

Brand Activations

  • Assist in planning and executing small-scale brand activations and influencer events.

Requirements:

✔️ You have 2+ years of experience in social media management, influencer relations, or PR.
✔️ You’re obsessed with Instagram trends and understand what performs well on the platform.
✔️ You have strong communication skills and can build genuine relationships with influencers and customers.
✔️ You’re organized and detail-oriented, able to manage scheduling, outreach, and engagement seamlessly.
✔️ You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside the content team to bring ideas to life.
✔️ Bonus: You have experience working in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
