The strap is soft and flexible by design. It may have a slight bend from protective packaging. Simply hang the bag upright and it will naturally relax into shape. When not in use, store upright or stuffed with tissue to help maintain shape over time.

i lovee this bag! it’s the cutest clear bag and always looks good! just be careful with it. i stuffed it into a carry on for travel and overfilled it a bit (even though it fits a lot!) and i broke the zipper 😭 immediately ordered another one!
