Can I cancel or change my preorder?
Yes. If you need to cancel your preorder, contact our team with your order number and we’ll take care of it for you.
Will in-stock items ship separately from preorder items?
Orders that include preorder items will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Dimensions: 15” L × 4.75” D × 10.5” H
The strap is soft and flexible by design. It may have a slight bend from protective packaging. Simply hang the bag upright and it will naturally relax into shape. Small marks or minor surface waves are natural in fully clear PVC and do not affect the quality or durability of the bag. When not in use, store upright or stuffed with tissue to help maintain shape over time.
