The strap is soft and flexible by design. It may have a slight bend from protective packaging. Simply hang the bag upright and it will naturally relax into shape. Small marks or minor surface waves are natural in fully clear PVC and do not affect the quality or durability of the bag. When not in use, store upright or stuffed with tissue to help maintain shape over time.

    Love this tote. It holds its shape really well and feels super sturdy. One of my favorite things is that it actually stays on my arm while I’m walking instead of constantly sliding off like most totes do. Great everyday bag.
